FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-pneumatic tyres for transport technology. Tyre contains external annular and multitude of crosspieces-spokes, passing in transverse location and radially-inside from annular belt and fixed to wheel or boss. Annular belt can also contains shift layer, at least the first envelope, fixed to radially-inner surface of shift layer, and at least the second envelope, fixed to radially-external surface of shift layer. Preferable crosspiece-spoke allows section with opening across annular belt.
