A method of manufacturing a flanged volume-elongated bottom for tank truck, at which forming the bottom is carried out by volumetric drawing of a sheet blank by means of a press at local repeated application of a die, after which its flanging is carried out on a rolling machine tool by gripping by two guide rollers the bottom edge, which further is bent for an angle less than 20°, the bottom is rolled at constant basing on its edge up to obtaining the required form and size. |
