FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine. A prosthesis for partial replacement of vertebral body comprises upper connecting plate (5) to be attached to superior vertebral body (1), lower connecting plate (6) to be attached to inferior vertebral body (2) and insert (7) that connects upper and lower connecting plates (5, 6) with at least one joint (8) found. The insert is designed to be mounted in at least one partially replaced vertebral body (3) observed between superior and inferior vertebral bodies (1,2), and has rigid sided fixing flanges (9, ) to be attached on vertebral body.
