A method of simultaneous dimensional machining by electric arc of flat butt ends of two components, at which working fluid is forced into an end spark gap under the process pressure, moreover working is carried out at mirror arrangement of the butt ends of components and their forward axial relative counter motion, with removal of working fluid from the end spark gap through coaxial openings in the components; moreover the mode of working is bipolar in terms of strength of process current with change of the frequency within the range from 0.01 to 50 Hz. |
