PURPOSE: A foldable safety passageway is provided to facilitate transportation and keeping and be prevented from being folded and facilitate installation and dismantlement. CONSTITUTION: A foldable safety passageway comprises a pair of brackets(10), a fixed bar(20), a rotary bar(30) and a protective lathe(40). The bracket is formed in a U-shape to have a receiving part(11) by curve-cutting both sides of a board. A first slot(12) is formed in an oblique direction at the left and right sides of the both sides. A second slot(15) is formed on the upper part of the first slot. The lower part of the fixed bar is accepted in the receiving part of the bracket. The lower part of the fixed bar is fixed by a fixed shaft. The fixed bar is vertically fixed on the bracket. The rotary bar is placed on the both sides of the fixed bar. The first and second projections are formed on the lower part of the rotary bar. The first and the second protrusions are accepted in the first slot and the second slot. The rotary bar is installed on the bracket to be rotated.
