FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to pediatrics. In compliance with first version, insert can be arranged on mother breast peripapillary circle. Proposed insert comprises main truncated cone body (1), with larger hole (13) on back side and smaller hole (14) on front side. Body (1) can be fitted into pectoral cap funnel (6). Insert comprises also appliance (2) to fix main body (1) in pectoral cap funnel (6), that represents (2) a clamp enveloping larger hole (13). Main body (1) is made at least, partially, from heat-retaining and/or heat-conducting material and can be heated to mother-selected temperature. In compliance with second version, aforesaid insert can be placed on mother breast peripapillary circle and comprises main truncated cone body (1), with larger hole (13) on back side and smaller hole (14) on front side. Body (1) can be fitted into pectoral cap funnel (6). Main body (1) is produced from foam or foam-like material, e.g. foamed polyurethane or foamed polyolefin. Breast pump pectoral cap comprises, in compliance with first version, heating system (9) to heat aforesaid insert fitted into pectoral cap. The latter , in compliance with first version, has its main body (1) comprising, at least, one resistor heating element (3) and electric contact means (5) connected with insert contact means (4). Breast pump pectoral cap comprises starting device (7) to actuate heating system (9) arranged in pectoral cap funnel (6), heating system (9) to heat insert and switch (8) connected with heating system (9) to allow contact with insert starting device (7). ^ EFFECT: improved comfort. ^ 10 cl; 4 dwg |
