FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry and can be used at manufacturing of moulding mixtures for manufacturing of foundry goods in dispensable molds. Moulding material contains following components in wt %: ground coal - basis; resin petroleum polymer copolymer - 5.0-20.0; powdered artificial graphite - 1.0-15.0. In the capacity of artificial graphite it is used powdered artificial graphite, corresponding classified by fineness, with particles size up to 0.09 mm - not less than 60%, aspiration product of mechanical treatment of graphitic products. ^ EFFECT: reduction of gas creation and increasing of blending effectiveness of moulding mixtures, ability of receiving of high-quality iron castings excluding burning-in and rattails, with minimal surface roughness. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl |
