The invention relates to the embodiments of handles, holders of flatware and can be used in production of the knives, forks and other similar objects. The invention concern a flatware with a holder insert, which consists of an all-metal functional working part and a holder equipped with an insert; moreover the holder is made in the form of a duct with flat slightly convex upper surface, in the case the front wall of duct, which adjoins the functional working part of the flatware, is all-thickened, and the rear end is open and chamfered at an angle to the side of the upper surface of duct, which lateral sides are symmetrically convex and with arched ends from the open part of the duct, and the insert forms a whole with front straight end, which adjoins thickened wall of duct with a free shank, it is manufactured from the material with high coefficient of friction and is fixed in the cavity of duct, in the case the lower surface of insert is made with formation of brush supports in the end areas and with symmetrical convexity in the middle part, moreover the longitudinal length of all-thickened front wall of duct relates to its entire length as L: L=0.85-0.15, and the shank of insert projects out of the limits of open end of duct and is chamfered equidistantly to it. The invention solves the problem of increase of the strength of holder and its operating characteristics - balance, convenience of arrangement and holding in the palm during work, simplification of design and reduction of cost of manufacturing the flatware as a whole and the holder in particular. |
