FIELD: purification installations. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of liquid purification, in particular reused water of large volume, as well as of technological liquids (TL), lubrication-cooling liquids (LCL), detergent solutions and can be used at metal-processing enterprises during metal processing by pressure, cutting and milling. Technological unit contains reservoir with treated water and discharge branch pipes, grids, connected with distributing and receiving chambers, discharge branch pipe for sediment removal. In reservoir with treated water placed are hollow elements, made in form of flat, rigid, perforated plates, covered with mesh padding, on which filtering cloth is fixed. Internal cavity of elements is connected with discharge chamber, elements themselves being inclined relative to horizontal axis towards discharge branch pipe. Reservoir from the side, from which liquid to be purified is supplied, is provided with guiding bars. Along guiding bars on water surface platform, made in form of float, is floating. Platform is equipped with pump, and on upper part of platform rack with nozzles is installed. ^ EFFECT: simplification of construction and reduction of its cost, increase of water purification quality. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
