FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: coupling consists of two half couplings, installed and fixed immobile at ends of connected shafts, two packs of resilient annular members, fixed to half couplings, and sleeve adapter. Flanges of sleeve adapter are fixed to packages of resilient annular members. Coupling is outfitted also by intermediate ring. Resilient annular member contains holes and openings in the form of concave arc on external diametres. Correlation of external diametre of resilient member and diametres of circles pitches location in resilient member corresponds expression: dn/dr=1.15-1.35, where dn - external diametre of resilient member; dr - diametres of circles pitches location in resilient member, herewith relation of location diametre of bottom points of openings in the form of concave arc to diametres of circles pitches location in resilient member corresponds expression: dz/dr=1.0-2, where dz - disposition diametre of bottom points of openings in the form of concave arc; at dz=dn-2 , where - depth of opening in the form of concave arc relative to external diametre of resilient member. ^ EFFECT: increasing of compensating properties, reduction of rigidity and decreasing of mass-dimentional parametres of coupling. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
