Pulse electronic electromagnetic oscillating motor consists of a mechanical electrical and electronic assembly and of components being inbuilt onto the support construction K, it is fixed on the support H.M., whereto fixed is an element E.M. on the bell support H.З. on the arms are fixed relay armature Ko1 and Ko2 at a suitable distance, on the construction K, is fixed a plate with pulse pickups Д1, Д2 and on a prop of the bell support C, there are tiny magnets M1 and M2 positioned, which by pulse pickups Д1, Д2 activate degrees of electronics Пр, И, Пa, C and Ис being fed by a step H and which excite electric magnet through the electricity grid in the town and it pulls the relay armatures Ko1 and Ko2 which move the bell support.
