PURPOSE: A portable phone auto-transmission apparatus having a one-shot call/one-shot SMS/one-shot Internet connection function through an NFC controller and a method thereof are provided to make the communication with the other party, quickly. CONSTITUTION: An NFC controller transmits a one-shot call command data signal, one-shot SMS command data signal and one-shot Internet connection command data signal which are received from an external RFID tag(100) to a base band chip(300). The base band chip is electrically connected to the NFC controller. According to the one-shot call command data signal transmitted from the NFC controller, the base band chip is driven in a one-shot call mode.
