FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns manufacturing of dental rotary tool, particularly polishing rubber-bond heads for preparing restorations of composites, glass ionomers and amalgams. There is offered following compound for manufacturing of polishing dental heads for preparing teeth restorations of polymer composite materials, glass ionomers and amalgams: natural rubber (NR); butadiene rubber with link content 1.2 within the range 10-70% - SKB, SKD SR or SKDL; butadiene-nitrile rubber with nitrile acrylic acid content within 17-40% - BNKS-28, SKN-18, BNKS-40, SKN-26-5 or SKN-26-1,25; nickel- or cobalt-containing; a vulcanising agent - ground sulphur and polysulphur; vulcanisation accelerators - 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, NN diphenylguanidine, tetramethylthiuramdisulphide; commercial stearin; mineral oil; white zinc; titanium dioxide; dead-burned magnesia; carbon white; pigment; polishers - white alumina, green silicon carbide or synthetic diamond in a certain relation. Butadiene-nitrile rubber with nitrile acrylic acid content within 24-30% and methacrylic acid content within 1.0-5.5% can be used as butadiene-nitrile rubber. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for higher holding power of a body of the rotary tool to a metal shaft and reliable high-speed performance of the tool. ^ 2 cl, 4 tbl, 6 ex |
