The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used in production of wall ceramics, particularly of facing ceramic brick and faience tile. Engobe contains, mass %: 70-78 of unenriched kaolin, 8-17 of light fire clay, 3-7 of bentonite, 8-11 of silicate-lump. Engobe is characterized with increased resistance to impact and pull, freeze resistance and can be used for decoration of building products of single baking at temperatures 950-1050 °С. |
