METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY OF VENTRICULAR SEPTUM IN PATIENTS WITH 100% PULMONARY ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND HIGH RESISTANCE OF PULMONARY ARTERIAL BLOOD VESSELS

A method for the reconstructive surgery of the ventricular septum in the patients with 100% pulmonary arterial hypertension and high resistance of the pulmonary arterial blood vessels comprises the use of the flap with the valve and the fenestration in the center of the flap. The size of fenestration is calculated individually and equals half of the diameter of the aortal valve ring. The reconstructive surgery of the ventricular septum provides for the adequate unloading of the right ventricle in the pulmonary hypertension crises.
