METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING MORPHOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS DEPENDING ON STATE OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE

The method for diagnosing the morphological peculiarities of the pulmonary tuberculosis depending on the state of the connective tissue comprises the morphologic examination of the eliminated fragments of the lung tissue. The prominent alteration response in the form of caseous necrosis, the transformation of the cell elements of perifocal inflammation as well as the decreased count of Pirohov-Lanhance cells are indicative of the pulmonary tuberculosis with the connective tissue dysplasia.
