The invention relates to a method for microquantitative determination of lipid content in the hydrocole tissues, at which the standard lipid solutions are prepared in a chloroform in a concentration of 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 60 /mole, the aliquots of 0.2 moles are used, solvents are removed from the lipid standards without the stream of nitrogen in a thermostat at a temperature of about 80- during 15-20 minutes, after cooling of test tubes and addition of the concentrated sulphuric acid in lipid mixture the last is carefully washed on a bottom and stirred. After measuring of absorbancy by a spectrophotometer the calculation of lipid content is carried out by a formula of у=87.403х+6.21, where x is an absorbancy, and y is an amount of lipids (µg). |
