Proposed device comprises five motors with rope laying devices and reduction gears driven by control device, four ropes to transfer cargo coupled, via tower-mounted rollers, with aforesaid reduction gear, gripping device, additional rope, connected, via coupling and roller, with aforesaid ropes to transfer cargo in vertical plane.
