PURPOSE: A method for producing a functional natural washing agent is provided to suppress proliferation and habitation of harmful bacteria and the generation of bad smell. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a functional natural washing agent comprises: a step of pulverizing 500g of Angelica dahurica Bentham et Hooker, 500g of soy bean, and 500g of red bean; a step of dipping 1kg of rice bran; a step of preparing 500cc of EM liquid containing 200g of molasses, lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, Actinomyces, and yeast; a step of mixing the ingredients with EM liquid; a step of maintaining at 25-40°C for 7 to 10 days; and a step of separating fermentation washing agent and precipitate then sealing a container.
