PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an uplink signal including data and control information is provided to transmit the uplink signal by calculating the coding rate of the data and control information. CONSTITUTION: A CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) for a TB(Transport Block) is attached to a TB to be transmitted to an uplink(S901). Data information is divided into several CBs(Code Blocks) according to the size of the TB(S902). CRCs are attached to the CBs(S903). A channel coding is performed for a result value(S904). The rate matching of channel-coded data is performed(S905). The combination between the CBs is performed(S906). The combined CBs are multiplexed with the control information(S907).
