The arrangement has internal body elements constituted by a liner (4) and a reinforcement (3) forming a support unit for supporting an external body element i.e. external skin (2). The reinforcement is integrated to the liner by a solder (8) provided at a level of a preset zone (D). The internal elements include openings (20) from which the zone extends, where the internal and external elements receive a window glass. An adjustment joint (10) constituted by a glue joint is placed between the external element and one of the internal elements, and extends at the level of the zone.
