PURPOSE: A waste gas heat exchanger is provided to increase the cooling efficiency of the exhaust gas and to prevent the leakage of the cooling water by making an assembly structure simple. CONSTITUTION: A waste gas heat exchanger comprises a tube laminated core and an expanding part(13). A plurality of tubes is laminated on the tube laminated core. The expanding part is formed in the end part of the tube. The expanding part has first and second expanding walls and adjacent tubular walls are overlapped and connected each other.
