The device has a syringe type body i.e. prehension handle (1), containing a piston for ejecting a surgical clamp. A hollow female housing (2) receives and packages the clamp in an open position, and is arranged at an end of the body. A male block serving as a spacer (3) for the clamp is inserted into the housing. An electric battery connected to metal plates and a rotary switch (6) transports energy until the clamp is retained in the housing so as to induce warming and closing after its installation of the clamp.
