The device has a coupling lever arrangement (5) presenting coupling levers (5a, 5b) placed at alternative ends of a support component (9) i.e. frame element, made of reinforced plastic material. The arrangement of lever is moved relative to a vehicle side component (2) using a fitting device (6) i.e. actuator. Elastic elements are formed as articulated arms connected to the components (9, 2) by its ends, respectively. The components (9, 2) are connected together by the elastic arms for guiding the components by parallelogram. The component (2) and the arm are formed from a single piece.
