PURPOSE: A ceiling mold dismantling apparatus and a method thereof is provided to facilitate installation and dismantlement of a ceiling mold using a wire and heavy equipment such as a crane and improve work efficiency without noise and reduce construction cost. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling mold dismantling apparatus comprises a ceiling mold(120), a fixing bolt(130), a supporting member, a wire, and an operation member. The ceiling mold is mounted on a support. A coupling hole(121) is punched on the ceiling mold. The fixing bolt is coupled on the coupling hole of the ceiling mold and is fixed by a fixing unit(130'). The supporting member is mounted on the upper side of the ceiling slab. The ceiling slab is formed by pouring and curing concrete in the ceiling mold in which a fixing bolt is fixed. The wire is unwound from the operation member and is projected to the inside of the fixing bolt to fix the one end of the wire to the supporting member. The operation member rotates forwardly and reversely to wind and unwind the wire.
