PURPOSE: A method for preparing a stainless steel streetlight with images thereon is provided to decorate streetlights with various kinds of images using a transfer sheet coated with ceramic pigments. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a stainless steel streetlight with images thereon comprises the following steps of: blowing a stainless steel streetlight with hot air at 200°C for 5 minutes to remove foreign materials; attaching a transfer sheet to the streetlight; and heat-treating the streetlight at 900-1000°C for 30-60 minutes and performing mirror finishing. The transfer sheet is coated with ceramic pigments in which silicon oxide(SiO2) powder, boron oxide(B2O3) powder, and inorganic pigment are mixed. |
