PURPOSE: An environment-friendly aqueous epoxy resin coating agent is provided to improve workability, productivity and strength, to reduce cost and time for maintaining and repairing the surface of concrete or metal. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly aqueous epoxy resin coating agent comprises a base epoxy resin component and a hardening component. The epoxy resin coating agent comprises an epoxy resin 10~50 weight%, reactive diluent 1~20 weight%, coagulant 0.1-5 weight%, inorganic filler 1~20 weight%, promoter 0.1~5 weight%, emulsifier 0.1-20 weight%, and water 5-50 weight%. The hardening component comprises polyoxypropylene diamine 10~60 weight%, at least one composition 0.1~20 weight% selected from the group consisting of triethylene tetraamine or diethylene triamine, aniline 10~50 weight%, emulsifier 0.1~20 weight%, promoter 0.1~10 weight% and water 5-30 weight%.
