<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device which can prevent the injection control over a fuel injection system from being interfered by the fuel injection from a fuel-addition valve to an exhaust-gas passage. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device determines whether or not the control over the fuel injection from the fuel injection valve used for injecting fuel into an internal combustion engine is interfered with by the fuel injection from the fuel-addition valve which injects fuel into the exhaust-gas passage and purifies the exhaust gas (S300). When there is a possibility of an insufficient fuel injection amount from the fuel injection valve caused by the fuel injection from the fuel-addition valve at the engine startup or under heavy load operation, the fuel injection control device determines that the control over the fuel injection from the fuel injection valve is interfered by the fuel injection from the fuel-addition valve (S300:Yes), and stops the fuel injection from the fuel-addition valve (S302).
