<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user of a printer with a few opportunities to be connected to a user PC with a web service matched with the printer. <P>SOLUTION: When the printer and a camera are connected, the camera acquires printer information relating to the printer from the printer. Thereafter, when the camera is connected with a PC, the camera transmits the printer information acquired from the printer to the PC.
