PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily and accurately evaluating the bending strength of a reinforced concrete beam in a construction method for depositing the concretes with different design strengths in the lower section and the upper section of the reinforced concrete beam, respectively, and to properly design the reinforced concrete beam using the evaluation method. SOLUTION: In this construction method for depositing the concretes with different design strengths in the PCa section and the post-depositing section of the reinforced concrete beam, respectively, the bending strength (Mu) of the reinforced concrete beam is evaluated by the expression 1: M<SB>u</SB>= T<SB>y2</SB>(D/2 - d<SB>t</SB>) + C<SB>c</SB>(D/2 - β * X<SB>n</SB>/2) + C<SB>s1</SB>(D/2 - d<SB>c</SB>) where the tension of a bottom end reinforcement is T<SB>y2</SB>, the depth of a girder is (D), the minimum covering of a tension reinforcement to a surface center of gravity is d<SB>t</SB>, a concrete compressive force is C<SB>c</SB>, the reduction coefficient of concrete strength is β, the distance between a compression edge and a neutral axis is X<SB>n</SB>, a compressive force by a compression reinforcement is C<SB>s1</SB>, and the minimum covering of the compression reinforcement to the surface center of gravity is d<SB>c</SB>.
