PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film usable by being transferred from a support, not only exhibiting excellent adhesive strength but also holding a stable adhesive strength after a reliability test (high temperature and high moisture test). SOLUTION: Provided is an adhesive film with a support, produced by detachably laminating an adhesive film on a support, wherein the adhesive film with a support has a ≤4.0% silicon atom amount on the surface of the adhesive film on the support side observed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
