PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion composition wherein micronized pigments can be dispersed in a primary particle state with high dispersion stability for forming a colored coating film with good contrast, and to provide a colored photosensitive composition containing the pigment dispersion composition and having good application performance and forming a colored cured film having excellent contrast.

SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion composition comprises: (a) a polymer compound containing at least one kind of repeating unit selected from repeating units represented by either of a general formula (I) or a general formula (II); (b) a pigment; and (c) an organic solvent.
