PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability during connection work to a power circuit and to secure a good connection state of a harness. SOLUTION: This device consists of a plurality of power terminals 25, 25, 25 to which electric power is supplied from power source, a power circuit part 23 equipped with a plurality of harnesses 29, 29, 29 which supply electric power once supplied to the above-stated power circuit part to a discharge lamp 9, a terminal housing 43 formed by resin materials, keeping one end each of a plurality of harnesses and also keeping a harness holding part 48 inside, which holds a part of each of the plurality of harnesses, a plurality of welding terminals 28, 28, 28 with some part of the same located inside of the terminal housing and some protruded outside of the terminal housing. Each ends of a plurality of welding terminals are joined to each ends of the wire harnesses, and the other ends of a plurality of the welding terminals are joined to each power terminals of the power circuit part by welding.
