<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification card which can be easily and inexpensively manufactured, cannot be forged with the help of a color copying machine etc. and can be verified as genuine immediately even from a long distance. <P>SOLUTION: This identification card is composed of a base material bearing information for specifying an identity and a resin layer formed so as to cover a whole area where the information of the base material is entered. The resin layer has a flat part where information entered in the base material can be visually determined and a lenticular lens part which allows the information entered in the base material to be visually determined in three dimensions or with changes.
