In a microwave-assisted recording, a high-density information recording is performed by forming an excellent recording magnetic domain on a recording medium. The recording medium is brought into a magnetic resonance state to record information by generating a microwave. The recording medium (7) is constituted of portions (17 and 18) of magnetic fields different in magnetic anisotropy, and the frequency of the microwave is recorded in terms of the frequency for making resonant the portion (17) of the smaller magnetic anisotropy. An information recording device is enabled to increase the recording density and to improve the reliability, thereby lowering the cost resultantly.
