<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain airtightness, in a joined part of a mouthpiece and a resin pipe of the resin pipe with the mouthpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The resin pipe with the mouthpiece comprises the mouthpiece 1; and the resin pipe 2 of which one end is joined to the mouthpiece, wherein one end 2a is disposed in the mouthpiece, and an outer peripheral surface of the one end is joined to an inner peripheral surface of the mouthpiece by fusion. The method of manufacturing the resin pipe with the mouthpiece comprises: a heating process for performing heating, after winding a resin pipe constituting material constituting the resin pipe around a rod material, having a thermal expansion coefficient higher than the mouthpiece in a cylindrical form, and for arranging one end of the resin pipe constituting material in the cylindrical shape in the mouthpiece and the rod material in the one end so that these three are made coaxial. The external pressure from the mouthpiece and the internal pressure from the rod material are generated in the one end, due to the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient of the mouthpiece and the rod material, while melting the resin pipe constituting material by the heating process; the outer peripheral surface of the one end is press-bonded and retained by the inner peripheral surface of the mouthpiece, the outer peripheral surface of the one end is fused to the inner peripheral surface of the mouthpiece; and the resin pipe is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
