PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an extremely large amount of notice information that is provided together with contents and relating to the contents, so that the contents change in accordance with time, a user can easily select them in accordance with their own volition, and they do not overflow into a content display area.

SOLUTION: Contents of dynamic images or music with a nature of change in accordance with time are transmitted by communication or broadcast, and link information that acquires notice information, such as advertisements, to be displayed together with the display of the contents is transmitted by communication or broadcast. The contents and the notifying information are received, so that the contents are displayed in a content display area on a display screen of a display device and the link information, separately from them, is displayed in a ticker display area on the same display screen as that of the contents in such a way that the link information is changed in accordance with time and can be selected by a user.
