<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for scattering prevention which is adhered to window glasses or the like of a building and which has a hard coat layer, with generation of interference fringes suppressed, and also to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a film for scattering prevention which comprises a hard coat layer formed on one side of a base film and an adhesive layer and a release sheet superposed in this order on the other side, the hard coat layer has a plurality of independent protrusions 1, 2 at a certain pitch throughout the whole surface. Also provided is a method for producing the film which includes a step in which a material for hard coat layer formation is applied with an applicator roll to form a coating layer on one surface of the base film; an embossing rod 5 having a diameter of 5-15 mm and having a plurality of independent recesses 3 at a certain pitch is rotated in a normal direction with respect to the running direction for the base film while keeping the rod in contact with the coating layer to thereby forme, at a certain pitch in the surface of the coating layer, a plurality of independent protrusions substantially corresponding to the recesses, and then this coating layer is cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
