PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rising of the temperature of a light source without involving an increase in size or an increase in cost. SOLUTION: A light source package 100P in which a light source having a plurality of light-emitting parts is stored and a driving package 22P in which a driving control device for driving a light source is stored are mounted on a control board 14B. Then, the control substrate 14B includes a slit 14D between the light source package 100P and the driving package 22P when it is viewed from the thickness direction. In this case, since air in the slit 14D has a thermal resistance which is larger than that of copper, the control board 14B includes a region with a thermal resistance larger than that of a conductor electrically connecting the light source with the driving control device between the light source package 100P and the driving package 22P concerning a direction orthogonal to the thickness direction of the control board 14B.
