PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact photographing lenses having high optical performance over an entire screen by optimally correcting various aberrations and suppressing performance change to the minimum in lens shift, and to provide optical equipment having the photographing lens, and an imaging method. SOLUTION: The photographing lenses includes an object side lens group G1 having positive refractive power, and an image side lens group G2 having positive refractive power by spacing an air interval with the object side lens group G1 arranged in order from an object side. The image side lens group G2 includes a cemented lens L34 of a negative lens component L3 directing a concave face to an object side and a positive lens component L4 directing a convex face to an image side, and a biconvex shape positive component L5 arranged in order from an object side. The whole or part of the image side lens group G2 can be shifted in a substantially orthogonal direction to an optical axis, as a shift lens group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
