PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection device and a data reproduction method therefor, faithfully reproducing a collected data according to time (time lapse and time interval) indicative of an actual operational state managed by each terminal device, even when a jump or a return of time occurs as a result of time correction. SOLUTION: An operational state data of each terminal device and a device time data when the operational state data is obtained in the terminal device are recorded as record data, together with a calendar clock data. Even when the device time of each terminal device becomes discontinuous, and the jump or the return of time occurs, therefore, by referring to the calendar clock data, reproduce the collected data is reproduced according to the time (time lapse and time interval) indicative of the actual operational state managed by each terminal device.
