PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deviation from a traveling lane by urging an occupant to early correct a track when the possibility of the deviation is high, in a lane deviation alarm device of a vehicle giving an alarm when deciding the deviation. SOLUTION: This lane deviation alarm device of the vehicle W is provided with a traveling lane recognizing part for recognizing the traveling lane 19, a course estimating part for estimating a course, a lane deviation deciding part for deciding the deviation from the traveling lane 19 and a speaker for giving the alarm when deciding the deviation. The lane deviation deciding part decides the deviation by the deviation of the vehicle W from deciding lines 15 or the possibility of the deviation based on the deciding lines 15 and the course. The lane deviation alarm device is further provided with a traveling lane shape recognizing part for recognizing the shape of the traveling lane 19, a radius of curvature detecting part for detecting a radius R of curvature of the traveling lane 19, a turning radius detecting part for detecting a turning radius T1 of the vehicle W, and a deciding line setting part for setting the deciding lines 15 according to the shape of the traveling lane 19 and a difference between the radius R of curvature and the turning radius T1.
