<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which can perform communication while taking account of urgency of communication even if a plurality of wireless communication means are used simultaneously by eliminating constraint owing to bottleneck between a communication application and a vehicle-mounted communication terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a system where communication applications 2 to 6 perform wireless communication through a communication terminal 1, the communication terminal 1 has: a means 1017 for managing communication state; a storage means 103 for setting the priority of communication; a storage means 102 for setting a use communication band requested by the communication applications 2 to 6; a means 1020 for selecting a wireless communication means 104 to 106 according to the communication state and communication priority; and a means 1019 for controlling a permission communication band on a posterior interface according to the wireless communication band of a selected wireless communication means 104 to 106, a busy communication band on an assigned posterior interface, a use communication band of a communication application requesting communication, and a communication priority of a communication application.
