<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an electric unit that supplies oil, scraped up by a rotor, to each constituent member by efficiently capturing the oil and reduces the stirring loss originated from scraping-up of the oil by simply reducing the oil level, particularly, in a high-speed rotation zone. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric unit includes a rotor 1, which is rotatably supported via bearings r<SB>1</SB>, r<SB>2</SB>and whose one end is connected to an output shaft, a stator 2 surrounding over the whole area of the outer peripheral wall of a body of the rotor 1, and a case 4 that has a sealed space for internally storing the stator 2 and the rotor 1 and forms a lubricating-oil storage part at the lower part of the sealed space. The case 4 is provided with a movable wall 10 that is slidable toward the inside/outside of the case 4 so as to increase/decrease the volume of the lubricating-oil storage part N by the sliding.
