摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the occurrence of unbalance of a residual quantity of two kinds of fuel provided by separating from mixed fuel, while restraining an adjustment of a supply rate to an internal combustion engine of the two kinds of fuels provided by separating from the mixed fuel, to a rate largely separated from a supply rate suitable for an operation state of the internal combustion engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fuel supply system has a detecting means 15 for generating output corresponding to the residual quantity of respective kinds of fuels in a separated fuel storage tank 3 for storing the two kinds of the fuels separated from the mixed fuel stored in a mixed fuel storage tank 2, and means 18, 19 and 41 for returning one fuel in the mixed fuel storage tank 2 when a residual quantity of the one fuel (gasoline) in the separated fuel storage tank 3 becomes a predetermined value or more. The respective supply rates of the two kinds of fuel to the internal combustion engine 4, change in response to the operation state of at least the internal combustion engine.
