<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch pen that enables prompt information input. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The touch pen 10 for inputting information to a device as it is brought into contact with a touch panel of a computer includes a jig 11 that can be worn around a finger and a pen tip 12 attached to the jig 11. The touch pen is worn on a finger using the jig 11. In this worn state the pen tip 12 is brought into contact with the touch panel and the touch pen is used in such a way as to input information. Thus, the need for repeating the actions to remove and wear the pen, as in conventional touch pens, is eliminated, and prompt information input is made possible.
