<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce radiation of electromagnetic waves from an electronic apparatus to the outside by absorbing the electromagnetic waves or reduce malfunction in a semiconductor element, relating to a key sheet comprising a base sheet to be placed on a circuit board while supporting a push operation part afloat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave absorbing part is provided which contains an electromagnetic wave absorbing material 13 over the entire base sheet 12, or at a floating support part 12b or a leg part 12d, or on the surface of the base sheet.
