<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan shroud capable of coping with a heat exchanger of various core sizes and materializing high flexibility and good attachability and detachability of a fan when a bulkhead is provided at a heat exchanger side of a projection part of the shroud ring part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the fan shroud 2 having a diameter of a fan 17 of the fan shroud 2 set larger than a vertical core size of a core part 5 of the heat exchanger 1, and including projection parts 20, 21 in which at least one of an upper part and a lower part of the shroud ring part 16 projects outward, detachable and attachable bulkheads 22, 23 are provided at the heat exchanger 1 side of the projection parts 20, 21.
