<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet that can be quickly permeated with a foaming inhibitor and that can prevent generation of blocking after formation of the transfer sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the transfer sheet, a pattern layer comprising a foaming inhibition ink having a transfer property and a design layer are laminated in this order on a transfer substrate. The transfer sheet is characterized in that the transfer substrate has, on a paper substrate, an olefin based resin layer composed of a resin in which 25-40 pts.wt. of polylactic acid is added to 100 pts.wt. of olefin based resin.
