PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven which includes ultrafine fibers, has high moisture permeability and a wind-breaking property suitable as an inner material, and has stretchability, water-absorbability, or the like in response to uses, and to provide a functional inner using the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: Provided are the nonwoven fabric formed of ultrafine fibers having an average fiber diameter of 50 to 1,500 nm and obtained by electrospinning a solution containing at least one selected from the group consisting of polyamide-based elastomers (PAE) and polyurethane-based elastomers (PUE), and the method for producing the same.
